The aim of this study is to consolidate the existing literature on the quality of life of patients diagnosed with sensitive and drug- resistant tuberculosis. This research was based on a cohort of 100 patients with a positive diagnosis of tuberculosis (sensitive and drug-resistant). PROMs used were SF-36, EQ-5D-5L, WPAI, and the app-based audiometry uHear. For both PROMs, there were statistically significant differences between patients with sensitive and drug-resistant tuberculosis, the impact of tuberculosis affects all domains of the quality of life. The quality of life of patients with sensitive tuberculosis and especially drug-resistant is an area that requires additional research, having an extremely important role in the success of the treatment.
