Neuroendocrine tumours are very rare clinical entities that result from tumour proliferation of neuroendocrine cells found in almost all organs of the body. Chromogranin A can be used in biochemical diagnosis as a neuroendocrine marker. Our study will highlight the importance of chromogranin A dosage in 3 groups of study of neuroendocrine tumours (pheochromocytomas, paragangliomas and gastroenteropancreatic NETs) compared to 3 groups of control (healthy control group, control group with non-secreting adrenal tumours and control group with non-endocrine digestive adenocarcinomas). In conclusion, the dynamics of pre- and postoperative CgA values showed statistically significant variations for the 3 groups of study.
