This work aimed to study the changes of plant cells from radicular meristems belonging to Triticum vulgare Mill. species during cell division, in presence of 4(3H) - quinazolone synthetic derivatives solutions of various concentrations, at predefined time intervals. The applied method (The Constantinescu D. Gr. Test) ensures the accuracy and the reproducibility of the results and allows for the surveys to be conducted in a short period of time.
