The anti-inflammatory effect of some polyheterocyclic compounds with thiazole rings in acute inflammation models was evaluated following their influence on the vascular response within the inflammatory process. The compounds possess an anti-inflammatory effect as they may decrease the inflammatory oedema induced by 10% kaolin.
