Abstract:
The pharmacy profession in Romania has undergone several structural transformations. The role of pharmacists has changed
and there are many career possibilities. In this context, students must prepare themselves as well as possible in order to make
the transition from school to work. Internships play a crucial role in this process. This paper analyses students’ perception
with regard to internships and proposes an instrument for an in-depth examination of such activities. The analysis was
performed using the multinomial regression technique.
