Abstract:

In our research of bioactive molecules we synthesized some new substances with 4(3H)-quinazolinone structure that may have similar pharmacological properties to those of other compounds with similar structures. These compounds are acylated derivatives of 2- methyl-4-oxo-quinazolin-3(4H)-il-acetohydroxamic acid. Their chemical structures were
confirmed by elemental analysis, infrared (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra.
