Abstract:

Pharmacists together with physicians had and still have an important role in maintaining public health. Over time, the education of military pharmacists had experienced significant qualitative changes: post graduation courses, military medical courses and so on. Military pharmacists had conducted an extensive activity in science and research, in parallel with their professional activity. In this paper we described from a qualitative and quantitative point of view, figures / generations of military pharmacists during the reign of Charles I in Romania (1866-1914).
