Abstract:

In our search of  bioactive molecules we synthesized some new substances with heterocyclic structure which might become new compounds with pharmacological properties similar with the tricyclic antidepressants. These new substances are O-acyl-oximine derivatives with 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cycloheptadienic structure. The structures of these new compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, infrared and Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra.
