Abstract:

The synthesis of some thiazolyl-mercaptotriazolic thioethers and their use in the obtaining of some potential anti-inflammatory polyheterocyclic compounds with thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazole and pyrazole rings is presented. A structural analysis of the synthesized compounds was performed by IR, NMR and MS, confirming the structures of
synthesized compounds. A 1H NMR spectrometric analysis confirmed the presence of ketoenol and ring-chain tautomeric equilibrium for the synthesized thioethers..
