Abstract:

Three formulations for pharmaceutical tablets containing chlodiazepoxide were realized. The results regarding the release/dissolution in vitro of the active substance from these products were compared with these obtained for the commercial pharmaceutical tablet. The kinetic studies put in evidence the change of the active substance’s release rate depending on the formulation and preparation technology.
