Abstract:

The pharmacist is the proper person within the sanitary system who is the easiest for the patient to reach to. This person has the proper knowledge in order to give all the necessary information about the pharmacy products and for keeping them in the best conditions until the end of the treatment prescribed by the doctor.
According to human resources, the development of the pharmaceutical assistance is negatively influenced when the number of pharmacists is smaller than necessary and when there are not enough pharmacies in that area.
