Abstract:

The National Drug Policy is part of the general health protection policy, aiming at ensuring a better state of health for the entire population.
In most of the developed or developing countries, the main objectives of the national pharmaceutical industry are: increasing the population’s access to drugs, encouraging the rational use of drugs, regulations regarding the price policy.
In our country, we can talk about a national drug policy since November 1999 when the national body was set up in view of elaborating and enforcing this policy, namely the National Committee for Drug Policy (NCDP).
