Abstract:
Nowadays the high performance liquid chromatographic methods are in continuous and dynamic develop. This development is not surprising at all if we consider the infinite possibilities coming from the principle of these methods and the fascinating quantity of data obtained during chromatographic determinations.
The aim of this paper is to present shortly the principle of high performance liquid chromatographic method optimization on reverse phase, based on ion pair formation, to describe the optimisation of these methods and evaluation of the impact of some important factors on analytical methods applicable in the analysis of some combined pharmaceutical products with analgesic-antipyretic contents.
