Abstract:

The present paper presents some of the specific test methods for the air conditioning cleaning validation, which are applied to an air shower device. The air shower is a cleaning air device found in Heating and Ventilating Air Conditioning installations from a solid oral dosage forms department. These test methods belong to air cleaning process validation. The results led to a better knowledge of the equipment performance, to a better way of operating and to a higher confidence of specialists in air handling installations.
