Abstract:

The paper suggests, based on a logic ordering of the norms, a first approach of legislative codifying in the field of healthcare in Romania, with reference to the pharmaceutical legislation.
The legislative systematization proposed for the pharmaceutical field is based on the essential elements of the pharmaceutical activity and comprises the following sections: the practice of the pharmaceutical professions, drug circulation, the supervision and the control of the pharmaceutical activities.
The purpose of the legislative organization in the form of a code is the simplified and logic ordering of the norms with the consequent elimination of legislative superposition and inaccuracies, modernizing and improving the accessibility.
