CERCETĂRI PRIVIND INFLUENŢA UNUI NOU PREPARAT ANTIOXIDANT ASUPRA ACTIVITĂŢII SECRETORII GASTRICE ŞI A MOTILITĂŢII INTESTINALE LA ŞOBOLAN.

Abstract:

Previous research brought to the obtaining of a new vegetal antioxidant product Its composition contains extractive solutions of Cynosbati fructus, Ginkgo bilobae folium, Medicaginis herba, Myrlilli fructus şi Trifolii flores.
Current researches are concentrated on the influence of the antioxidant product, as well as of its compounds, on gastric secretion and intestinal motility on rats.
The new antioxidant product decreased gastric acidity by 32.77 % with 148.7 % gastric protection index.
The normal intestinal motility decreased by 26.64 %, while MgSO4 – stimulated intestinal motility has not been significantly modified.
